According to Emrus, indications of increasing political temperature were clearly seen from the message of political communication from both camps, both candidate number 01 Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin, and candidate number 02 Prabowo-Sandiaga.

While the opposing camps did not remain silent, they joined in "firing bullets" of political communication into the public space as a response from the camp.
